The Mitus 118SA is a high-performance active subwoofer designed to deliver deep, punchy low-frequency reinforcement for professional sound applications. It features a heavy-duty 18-inch B&C neodymium woofer with a 4-inch voice coil, ensuring exceptional thermal management and excursion. The integrated Class D amplifier provides 1200W RMS of clean power, driving the system with significant headroom and clarity. Constructed from 18mm Baltic birch plywood, the vented enclosure is finished with scratch-resistant black paint to withstand the rigors of touring. An onboard DSP offers eight presets, allowing for precise acoustic tailoring and cardioid configurations. This subwoofer integrates seamlessly with Mitus series line arrays or point source speakers via its built-in M20 pole mount. Its combination of Italian craftsmanship and premium components makes it an ideal choice for large-scale live events and permanent installations.
