The ChamSys GeNetix GW2I Wall Mount Node 2 is a robust, two-port Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) DMX node, meticulously engineered for seamless integration into standard single-gang EU, US, and UK backboxes. This versatile unit supports both DMX input and output via physical RDM Direct DMX ports, available in male or female configurations to suit diverse installation requirements. Configuration is streamlined, achievable directly from ChamSys consoles, through its integrated web server, or conveniently over Art-Net. Advanced merging capabilities are configurable per port, offering options including HTP, LTP, Lowest IP, and Highest IP merging for precise control. These intelligent merging protocols enable sophisticated data prioritization, allowing for scenarios such as a house system maintaining a low IP address while external consoles gain priority with a higher IP.
